Whilst registering, you should've read these terms of service. If you do not agree to them after registering then please request cancellation immediately. Our refund policy will still apply and if you wish to close your account then we will not be able to process a refund as it would've gone towards your account credit.

We will not be held accountable for you not reading our terms of service and accordant to them while registering and ordering a service, This is not a valid justification.

1. Introduction

This is an agreement between you (the "client", "you", "your") and the company TechHost ("we", "our", "us"). By using our websites and services you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you disagree with these terms and conditions, you are to stop the usage of all our services immediately. Failure to comply with this may result in legal action being taken against you. If you find any discrepencies within this document or have any inquiries about this document, please contact us at contact@techhost.live. The terms and conditions stated in this document applies to the following domains and subdomains:

The terms and conditions stated in this document apply to the following services operating in Discord:

  • TechTickets
  • TechTunes

The terms and conditions stated in this document apply to official TechHost app, managed under TechHost and TechVerse.

2. Terms of Use

Violation of these Terms Of Use can warrant the termination of your affiliation with the service and connecting services provided by TechHost.

 - A. Websites

By using our website services listed in the Introduction, you agree to not:

  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any content that is:
    • unlawful or illegal under any European laws or governance;
    • harmful or malicious;
    • threatening or abusive;
    • vulgar or obscene;
    • racially, ethnically, or sexually objectionable; or otherwise objectionable.

  • Harm any clients, staff members or representatives of our services.
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law, trademark, copyright, contractual relationships, or fiduciary relationships. This includes, but is not limited to, inside information, confidential or proprietary information, information disclosed in a workplace environment, and information disclosed under non-disclosure agreements.
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any content that is designed to interrupt, limit, or destroy the functionality of any of our services or software of our clients, staff members, or representatives of our services.
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any content that is considered confidential information about another person or entity. This includes content or software designed to obtain information about another person or entity by any means necessary.

Any information found on our websites that are deemed disingenuous or vague should be reported to official TechHost staff.

 - B. Software

Software provided by TechHost have their own sections declared within this document and should not be used for any malicious or ill intent stated in their respective sections of this document. This is also in compliance with the TechHost Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation Act (GDPR).

 - C. Discord Services

Our Discord services relate to the TechHost Discord server which include, but are not limited to, the server support team, the TechTickets ticket system, and the TechTunes music services. By using these services you agree to not:

  • overload or disrupt these services;
  • exploit vulnerabilities within these services;
  • upload, post, or otherwise make available harmful or malicious content within these services or when using these services.

3. User Conduct

- A. Consent

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation Act (GDPR) all users of any of our services are required to be 13 years of age or older. Failure to comply with will result in immediate termination and removal of all data relating to the user as stated in our terms of service.

- B. Account

You are responsible for the management of your account, we are not liable for any damages caused through the actions of your account. No other people should have access to your account or credentials. If you are found sharing your account with other people, all services used by you and all persons involved will be suspended.

- C. Hosting
Servers

Our servers provide customisable hosting for games, websites, and other container-based services. Servers are your responsibility to manage, we are not liable for any damages caused by content uploaded and used on the server. By using our servers you agree to not:

  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any content that is:
    • unlawful or illegal under any European laws or governance;
    • harmful or malicious;
    • threatening or abusive;
    • vulgar or obscene;
    • racially, ethnically, or sexually objectionable; or otherwise objectionable.

  • Harm any clients, staff members or representatives of our services.
  • Impersonate, misrepresent, or defame any clients, staff members, or representatives of our services.
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law, trademark, copyright, contractual relationships, or fiduciary relationships. This includes, but is not limited to, inside information, confidential or proprietary information, information disclosed in a workplace environment, and information disclosed under non-disclosure agreements.
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any content that is designed to interrupt, limit, or destroy the functionality of any of our services or software of our clients, staff members, or representatives of our services.
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any content that is considered confidential information about another person or entity. This includes content or software designed to obtain information about another person or entity by any means necessary.

You are free to give other users of our services access to your account(s) and/or server(s). It is your responsibility to manage them accordingly, we are not liable for any damages caused by the users you have given access to. Any suspected or confirmed compromises of user or server subuser accounts should be reported to official TechHost staff immediately.

Servers are allocated limited resources for fair distribution. You are entitled to increase the limit of resources via the available options on the billing website. Attempting to bypass these limits using methods not stated in this document may result in the suspension and termination of your server and possibly services associated with your account. Continuously exceeding the limits or causing ratelimits can result in the immediate termination of your server and services associated with your account. These terms also apply to server subusers, and you (the server owner) will be liable for damages they have caused with your server(s).

Web

Web hosting servers are your responsibilty to manage, we are not liable for any damages caused by content displayed or distributed through your website on our servers. By using our servers you agree to NOT:

  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any content that is:
    • unlawful or illegal under any European laws or governance;
    • harmful or malicious;
    • threatening or abusive;
    • vulgar or obscene;
    • racially, ethnically, or sexually objectionable; or otherwise objectionable.

  • Log confidential information through your web server for personal use.
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law, trademark, copyright, contractual relationships, or fiduciary relationships. This includes, but is not limited to, inside information, confidential or proprietary information, information disclosed in a workplace environment, and information disclosed under non-disclosure agreements.
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any content that is designed to interrupt, limit, or destroy the functionality of any of our services or software of our clients, staff members, or representatives of our services.

Servers found in violation with these terms will be suspended and will follow the termination process in Section 2.D3.

- D. Termination

TechHost reserves the right to terminate any user accounts or connected services at any time. In any such event, the account holder will be contacted via email where more information will be disclosed. Requests for data stored on our services is under the discression of the official TechHost staff team. We are not required to provide your data if your account or connected services were terminated for violating our terms and conditions or other legal documents.

Compliance

In compliance with GDPR Article 17 Right To Erasure ('the right to be forgotten'), you can request for all your data to be removed from all of our services. Prior to this you should collect your accessible data, whether that is through the use of our hosting services or other services. TechHost are not liable for any data loss during or after this process. You will also not be permitted to use any of our services following the completion of the termination.

Accounts

If you are found violating the terms and conditions stated in this document or other legal documents, your account and all connected services will be suspended for 48 hours. During this time you are able to appeal the suspension by contacting contact@techhost.live or by opening a ticket on our billing portal. Appeal processes may take longer than 48 hours, in which case the suspension will be extended until the appeal is resolved. After the 48 hour period, your account, all personal details associated with your account, and all connected services will be removed.

Servers & Others

Servers (or other server-related services used by you) found violating the terms and conditions stated in this document or other legal documents will be suspended immediately for 48 hours. You will be contacted via email with the following information:

  • when the server(s) were terminated;
  • why the server(s) were terminated;
  • the severity of your violation;
  • whether you can request your files; and
  • whether you can appeal the suspension (conditional).

If you did not receive such an email during the 48 hour suspension period, please contact us immediately. If your claim can be validated, your suspension period will be increased by 48 hours from official notice if possible. In both circumstances, this suspension period is time for you to appeal if applicable and/or collect your files from the server(s). After this period of time your data will be removed from our servers. TechHost are not liable for any data loss that occurs during or after this process.

4. Billing

Accepted payment processes are Paypal, credit/debit card payments via Stripe, and Crypto Currency via Coinbase commerce. Users are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the payment(No refunds for crypto currency available). All unsuccessful payments follow the termination process stated in section 2.D:III. In the event of overdue payments exceeding 5 days, the transaction will be cancelled and related servies will be suspended.

- A. Chargebacks

At no time shall any current client or former client chargeback or open a dispute to a payment you have made for any reason. If you are caught charging back, a $50 chargeback fee per charge-back may be issued to your account. The fee will be processed with any payment method on file. If unable to retrieve payment from a method on file, your debt may be sold to a creditor who may proceed to collect on it. Should your payment be identified as fraudulent or otherwise unlawful, irregular or contrary to this Terms of Service, the related services will be suspended and you will be liable to repay the relevant amount plus any fees incurred.

- B. Automated Payments

When buying any services from us, you will be prompted to open a PayPal billing agreement that will authorize us to charge you for unpaid invoices on your account unless the billing agreement had been canceled from your PayPal account or you have contacted billing to request the unpaid invoice/invoices to be canceled before being charged.

Once an unpaid invoice has been generated on your account, you will be automatically charged at 12 AM UTC time if the invoice or billing agreement has not been canceled on your account.

Any request to cancel an unpaid invoice/invoices must be made before 12 AM UTC time to avoid being charged. If we do not receive your request within the appropriate time frame, we reserve the rights to charge for any unpaid invoices on your account.

Once an unpaid invoice/invoices are paid by your billing agreement you are no longer entitled to a refund of this payment/payments however in some unique circumstances, we may issue credit to your account instead.

5. Liability

TechHost under the full extent of the European laws and governance are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages caused by you or third-party invlovement, including loss of data obtained through the use of our services regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of these damages. We are not liable for more than the amount you have paid to us in accordance with these terms in the first month such claims are made or 100 European euros. The limitations of these terms do not limit liability or alter the rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our liability will be limited to the fullest permittable extent in jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which also may not apply to you.

6. Third-Party Content

TechHost uses third-party services to help provide our services however we are not liable for the actions of these third-party services. These services do not represent TechHost unless otherwise explicitly stated by us. Your use of these third-party services will be managed under the Terms Of Service and other applicable documentation by that service. By using our services you agree to the limited liability by us for any actions taken on you, damages or loss of data by these third-party services.

7. General

Governance: TechHost is governed under European law, operating in the United Kingdom of England and Northern Ireland.

Modification: TechHost reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions stated within this documents and all related legal documents at any time. Notice may be disclosed following up to, or at the time of change.

Intellectual Property: The TechHost name, logo and associated logos are under the exclusive copyright of TechHost following the United Kingdom Unregistered Trademark Rights. You may not use or modify them for any use.
